Job Description :
  • Facilitate all project meetings for all assigned technology system projects.
  • Develop, gather and publish project scoping document, plans and definition documents for all new and changed projects.
  • Ability to balance and provide project budgets and expenses and keep them within project boundaries.
  • Coordination and oversight of project planning and execution documents, schedules, travel schedules and communications.
  • Update all project Documentation including Project timelines within PPM Express, Process Documentation, Training Documentation and report back to the VP of Project Management with updates
Qualifications :
  • Extremely Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to work as needed for the needs of the project
  • 2+ years of project management and / or coordination experience
  • Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices.
  • 3+ years' experience working with computer based project management software
